As our Implementation Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind successful school collaborations, overseeing technical setups, staff training, and continuous support to ensure outstanding outcomes.

Based in the US Eastern/Central time zones, you'll balance remote work with on-site school visits, playing a pivotal role in our mission to revolutionize education through technology.

What you will be doing

  • Lead the setup and deployment of our platform for new schools, including technical configuration, SIS integration, and launch readiness.
  • Conduct training sessions for school staff to effectively utilize our platform and methodology for student success.
  • Serve as the primary implementation contact, offering both virtual and on-site support.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to enhance scalable onboarding processes.
  • Monitor the health of implementations and proactively resolve potential issues.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Engaging in cold calling or sales activities - your focus will be on ensuring client success.
  • Providing basic help desk support - you will spearhead strategic implementations.
  • Adhering strictly to rigid processes - you'll contribute to shaping our implementation strategy.
  • Working exclusively from home - you'll frequently visit schools for hands-on support.

Key responsibilities

Ensure schools become successful, long-term partners by facilitating seamless platform implementation, comprehensive staff training, and continuous support, all geared towards achieving exceptional student outcomes.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles involving implementation, onboarding, or customer success, particularly in SaaS or ed-tech.
  • Demonstrated success in troubleshooting technical issues and configuring software systems.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, system integrations, and data privacy best practices.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive with the ability to work independently while collaborating remotely.
  • Residing in US Eastern/Central time zones with the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
