We're seeking a hands-on technical expert who can lead schools through the seamless deployment of revolutionary learning software. If you excel at configuring SaaS platforms, training non-technical users, and building strong client relationships, you could help transform how students learn.

Our AI-powered platform enables students to master academics in just 2 hours per day, with extraordinary results - students learn twice as fast while loving school. As our implementation specialist, you'll own the end-to-end success of school partnerships through technical setup, staff training, and ongoing support that ensures these remarkable outcomes.

Working from the US Eastern/Central time zones, you'll split your time between remote work and regular travel to school sites, playing a crucial part in our mission to revolutionize education through technology.

What you will be doing

  • Configure and deploy our platform for new schools, including technical setup, SIS integration, and launch preparation
  • Train school staff and guides on effectively using our platform and methodology to drive student success
  • Provide hands-on support both virtually and in-person as schools' primary implementation contact
  • Create and update documentation to support scalable onboarding processes
  • Monitor implementation health and proactively address potential challenges

What you will NOT be doing

  • Cold calling or sales activities - your focus is making existing clients successful
  • Basic help desk support - you'll lead strategic implementations
  • Following rigid processes - you'll help shape our implementation approach
  • Working solely from home - you'll regularly visit schools for hands-on support

Key responsibilities

Transform schools into successful, long-term partners by ensuring seamless platform implementation, effective staff training, and ongoing support that enables exceptional student outcomes.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing implementation, onboarding, or customer success roles, in SaaS or education technology
  • Proven track record troubleshooting technical issues and configuring software systems
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms, system integrations, and data privacy best practices
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Strong project management capabilities and attention to detail
  • Self-starter mindset with ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
  • Located in US Eastern/Central time zones with ability to travel up to 50% of time
  • Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
