What you will be doing

  • Engage in AI-Enhanced Customer Solutions: Dive into intricate tickets escalated by our AI, leverage your human insight where AI lacks, and refine the AI system to bridge those gaps.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Taking an extended period to acclimate; you’re expected to familiarize yourself with several products within the initial month, despite the challenging pace.
  • Relying on managerial support; self-sufficiency is key, and those unable to solve their own blocks may find this role challenging.

Key responsibilities

  • Blend technical human insight with AI capabilities to provide outstanding customer support, particularly focusing on complex challenges beyond AI's current reach.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in a technical customer support or engineering position.
  • Expert-level proficiency in generative AI, with experience in deploying multiple AI tools, automating workflows, and crafting custom GPTs; mere experience with LLMs for basic tasks won't suffice.
