What you will be doing

Key responsibilities

  • Seamlessly blend human expertise with AI capabilities to tackle complex technical challenges, focusing on sophisticated issues that require human insight and creativity

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record of 2+ years in technical support or engineering positions
  • Demonstrated expertise in advanced generative AI applications, including workflow automation and custom GPT development (basic LLM usage for content creation is insufficient)
