What you will be doing

  • Engage with AI-augmented customer resolutions by analyzing complex tickets, applying your expertise where AI falls short, and enhancing AI performance.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Spending months getting up to speed; expect to master several products within the first month.
  • Relying on managers for help; if you can't unblock yourself, this role will be challenging.

Key responsibilities

Integrate technical expertise with AI capabilities to deliver exceptional support, focusing on unresolved complex issues.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in technical customer support or engineering roles.
  • Advanced generative AI skills, including workflow automation and custom GPTs; basic LLM usage is insufficient.
