What you will be doing

- Develop and refine a framework for the seamless integration of newly acquired SaaS products into a centralized, frictionless SaaS Ops function.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to drive automation, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
What you will NOT be doing
- Engaging in manual, repetitive SaaS Ops tasks; your focus will be on leveraging automation and AI for innovation.

Key responsibilities

Candidate requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and owning SaaS Ops for enterprise customers.
- Proven experience in overseeing SaaS Ops and leading significant cloud migrations at an SME serving enterprise clients.
- Expertise in applying AI and automation technologies to optimize SaaS operations.
- Advanced skills in AWS and DevOps, including proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
