What you will be doing

  • Make strategic decisions on operational standards, AI tooling, and process design to ensure reliability, security, and cost optimization across the portfolio.
  • Develop and refine a framework for the seamless integration of newly acquired SaaS products into a centralized, frictionless SaaS Ops function.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to drive automation, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Engaging in manual, repetitive SaaS Ops tasks; your focus will be on leveraging automation and AI for innovation.
  • Managing operations for a single product; you'll be spearheading complex operations across a vast SaaS portfolio.
  • Accepting the status quo; you'll be tasked with redefining operations through cutting-edge AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead an AI-driven SaaS Ops function that delivers exceptional reliability, cost efficiency, and seamless operations across an expanding portfolio of acquired SaaS companies.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and owning SaaS Ops for enterprise customers.
  • Proven experience in overseeing SaaS Ops and leading significant cloud migrations at an SME serving enterprise clients.
  • Expertise in applying AI and automation technologies to optimize SaaS operations.
  • Advanced skills in AWS and DevOps, including proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
