What you will be doing

What you will NOT be doing

  • Delivering conventional lectures or adhering to rigid curriculum frameworks—you are neither a traditional teacher nor a support assistant
  • Focusing solely on academic metrics while neglecting holistic personal development
  • Restricting learning to outdated methodologies that fail to leverage cutting-edge technology

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Demonstrated exceptional achievement record (National Merit Scholar, Division I athlete, Olympian, championship-level competitor in chess/debate/science, or equivalent accomplishment)
  • Superior public speaking abilities with proven capacity to captivate and motivate audiences
  • Genuine passion for connecting with and inspiring K-8th grade students
  • Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Commitment to work in-person at one of our designated campus locations
