What you will be doing

- Delivering conventional lectures or adhering to rigid curriculum frameworks—you are neither a traditional teacher nor a support assistant
- Focusing solely on academic metrics while neglecting holistic personal development
- Restricting learning to outdated methodologies that fail to leverage cutting-edge technology

Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Demonstrated exceptional achievement record (National Merit Scholar, Division I athlete, Olympian, championship-level competitor in chess/debate/science, or equivalent accomplishment)
- Superior public speaking abilities with proven capacity to captivate and motivate audiences
- Genuine passion for connecting with and inspiring K-8th grade students
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
- Commitment to work in-person at one of our designated campus locations
