This is an exceptional opportunity for a visionary leader who thrives on building high-performance teams and has a passion for reimagining youth development. As our Executive Coach, you'll be the driving force behind our Guides – the talented facilitators who make our innovative educational approach come alive every day.

At Alpha, we're not just talking about educational reform – we're creating it. Our approach combines cutting-edge learning science with adaptive technology to unlock each student's unique potential. Your leadership will be instrumental in this mission as you develop, train, and inspire our Guide teams to excellence.

What makes Alpha different? We value your expertise with:

  • Industry-competitive compensation – excellence in education shouldn't require financial sacrifice
  • Comprehensive benefits package and generous PTO – because balance matters
  • Continuous professional development – we practice what we preach about growth mindset
  • Relocation assistance for exceptional candidates

NOTE: This is a full-time, in-person position at one of our campus locations in:

  • Texas: Austin, Houston, or Fort Worth
  • Florida: Tampa, Orlando, or West Palm Beach

If you're ready to leverage your elite coaching abilities to revolutionize education, we're ready to meet you!

What you will be doing

  • Elevate our Guide team to world-class status through strategic training, mentorship, and continuous development
  • Architect comprehensive Guide Playbooks that codify best practices for exceptional learning facilitation
  • Deliver transformative feedback that empowers Guides to maximize student engagement and achievement

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating curriculum from scratch – our adaptive technology handles content delivery; your focus is on developing exceptional facilitators
  • Compromising on excellence – our 100% mastery standard is non-negotiable, and you'll be its champion
  • Conducting conventional training sessions – your development approach will be dynamic, interactive, and inspiring

Key responsibilities

Develop and lead a team of Alpha Guides to implement our innovative learning system with exceptional quality and consistency. Your leadership will directly impact student outcomes by ensuring our Guides have the skills, tools, and mindset to facilitate transformative learning experiences.
