What you will be doing

  • Designing and improving test content to adhere to high educational standards using psychometrics and AI tools.
  • Creating AI-driven assessment rubrics to evaluate and enhance test content and learning materials.
  • Ensuring learning content maintains top-tier engagement, accuracy, and effectiveness through quality control.
  • Interpreting test results and learning data to pinpoint curriculum improvement areas.
  • Collaborating with subject experts to refine educational offerings, including assessments and instructional content.
  • Incorporating learning science principles and mastery-based learning into curriculum and assessment strategies.
  • Engaging in our "second brain" practice to share and gain knowledge within our team.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Manually creating test content or curriculum materials—AI tools will handle content creation tasks.
  • Writing code for system automation; focus on measurement and design while engineers manage technical aspects.
  • Working solo; this position requires collaboration across diverse teams and disciplines.

Key responsibilities
