What you will be doing

  • Manual content creation - AI will be your creative partner in all assessment development

Key responsibilities

Your mission is to harness the power of AI and psychometric expertise to revolutionize our assessment landscape. You'll craft personalized testing experiences, ensure alignment with educational standards, and drive continuous improvement through data-informed decisions—all while working in harmony with cross-functional teams to enhance our learning ecosystem.

Candidate requirements

  • Master conductor in one or more areas: psychometrics, educational measurement, assessment design, standardized testing, item writing, cognitive psychology, educational data analysis, Item Response Theory, or computer adaptive testing
  • Battle-tested experience applying these principles in real-world educational settings
  • PhD in a relevant field - your academic journey matters
  • Deep fluency in learning science and mastery-based educational approaches
  • Natural affinity for AI tools or demonstrated ability to quickly master new technological instruments
  • Sharp eye for content quality and relevance, always putting the learner first
  • Exceptional collaborative spirit and cross-functional teamwork abilities
