Key responsibilities

Lead the charge in revolutionizing educational assessment by masterfully blending AI capabilities with psychometric principles. You'll be responsible for creating adaptive, personalized test content that maintains the highest standards of educational rigor while contributing to our learning ecosystem through collaborative innovation and data-informed decision-making.

Candidate requirements

  • Deep expertise in educational measurement, demonstrated through mastery in areas such as psychometrics, assessment design, IRT, or cognitive psychology in learning

  • PhD in a relevant field
