You'll be the strategic force behind our Guides—frontline learning facilitators who transform how students engage with education. Your expertise in high-performance coaching will directly shape how we develop talent, both in our team and our students.

What you will be doing
- Architect and implement elite training programs that transform Guides into exceptional learning facilitators within the Alpha system
- Develop comprehensive Guide Playbooks that codify best practices, strategic approaches, and tactical solutions for maximizing student achievement
- Deliver precise, data-driven feedback that measurably elevates Guide performance and student outcomes
- Personally mentor a select cohort of students, demonstrating advanced coaching techniques that become benchmarks for your team
What you will NOT be doing
- Creating traditional curriculum—our adaptive technology handles content delivery; your focus is developing world-class facilitators
- Compromising on excellence—our standards remain at 100%, and your role is to ensure every student reaches that mark
- Conducting conventional training sessions—you'll implement dynamic, immersive development experiences that transform Guide capabilities
Key responsibilities
Architect and execute a comprehensive development system that transforms Guides into elite facilitators who consistently deliver exceptional educational outcomes across the Alpha ecosystem.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated excellence in education, learning development, coaching, or related fields
- Proven track record designing and implementing innovative educational or training initiatives that delivered measurable results
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with evidence of building and elevating high-performance teams
- Substantial experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental capacities
- Advanced proficiency in performance analytics and implementing data-driven improvement systems
- Commitment to working on-site in one of our campus locations (Texas: Austin, Houston, Fort Worth; Florida: Tampa, Orlando, West Palm Beach)
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
