What you will be doing

  • Design and evolve an AI-powered learning ecosystem that delivers measurable results surpassing traditional education models
  • Connect directly with students through digital platforms to gather crucial feedback and insights that drive ecosystem improvements
  • Extract actionable intelligence from platform data to craft targeted academic interventions using AI/ML, learning science principles, and motivational strategies
  • Foster an environment where bold experimentation and data-backed decisions accelerate student growth trajectories
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to transform academic insights and student feedback into seamless platform enhancements

What you will NOT be doing

  • Digitizing conventional classroom methods—we're creating something entirely new, not transferring traditional education to screens
  • Conducting data analysis in a vacuum—you'll regularly engage with K-12 students, treating their input as valuable customer feedback
  • Seeking universal agreement before pushing boundaries—you'll drive your vision forward based on compelling data
  • Following educational orthodoxy—you'll have freedom to explore innovative approaches to motivation, assessment, and instruction

Key responsibilities

Lead innovation in teacher-less, AI-powered education across multiple campuses to achieve exceptional student outcomes. Combine sophisticated data analytics with direct student engagement to continuously refine our learning ecosystem, with success measured through concrete metrics including AP exam performance and MAP assessment growth.

Candidate requirements

  • Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or related discipline
  • Proven leadership experience within education or educational technology
  • Demonstrated application of AI technologies in educational or professional settings
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI systems for content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
  • Comprehensive understanding of learning science fundamentals and data-driven educational methodologies
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex educational and technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
  • Track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and managing multifaceted projects
