What you will be doing

  • Designing and continually refining an AI-driven learning environment that surpasses traditional education, evidenced by significant improvements in student achievement data.
  • Interacting with students via virtual platforms to gain insights into their learning experiences, using this understanding to enhance the learning ecosystem.
  • Extracting actionable insights from learning platform data to devise impactful academic interventions using AI/ML, learning science, and motivational best practices.
  • Promoting a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making, leveraging data to accelerate student growth trajectories.
  • Collaborating with engineering, data science, and design teams to turn academic insights and student feedback into seamless product improvements.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Merely repackaging traditional education with an AI facade. This role is about reimagining learning from the ground up, not replicating classroom instruction on screens.
  • Analyzing data in isolation. Regular engagement with K-12 students is essential, recognizing their feedback as crucial input from our customers.
  • Waiting for consensus to drive innovation. You'll advocate for a bold vision and unite others around data-backed results.
  • Adhering to conventional methods. Experiment with novel approaches to motivation, assessment, and instruction.

Key responsibilities

Lead the innovation of AI-powered, teacher-less education to achieve outstanding student outcomes across various campuses. Integrate data analytics with regular student interaction to continuously refine our learning ecosystem, as indicated by AP exam performance and MAP assessment growth.

Candidate requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Leadership experience in education or EdTech.
  • Experience in applying AI technologies in educational or professional settings.
  • Experience in designing and implementing AI systems for content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning.
  • Strong grasp of learning science principles and data-driven educational strategies.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex educational and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
