As our Vice President of Learning, you'll be the visionary force behind our AI-driven educational revolution. You'll orchestrate a learning ecosystem that adapts to each student's unique journey, working across multiple campuses to deliver unprecedented results—all without traditional classroom teachers.

This role combines cutting-edge AI technology, data-driven decision making, and direct student engagement to create transformative learning experiences. What you will be doing

  • Design and evolve an AI-powered learning ecosystem that delivers quantifiable results surpassing traditional education methods
  • Connect with students through virtual platforms to gather crucial insights and drive continuous system improvements
  • Transform learning data into actionable strategies using AI/ML technology and evidence-based learning science
  • Foster innovation through data-driven experimentation and bold decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless, effective learning experiences

  • Working in isolation from our students—their feedback drives our innovation

Key responsibilities

Lead the revolution in AI-driven education across multiple campuses, combining sophisticated data analytics with direct student engagement to optimize learning outcomes. Success is measured through concrete metrics including AP exam scores and MAP assessment growth.

Candidate requirements

  • Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or related field
  • Proven leadership track record in education or EdTech sectors
  • Demonstrated expertise in applying AI technologies within educational contexts
  • Hands-on experience in designing AI systems for educational applications
  • Deep understanding of learning science and data-driven educational methodologies
  • Excellence in communicating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
  • Strong track record in cross-functional team leadership and project management
