Sports Academy is revolutionizing education by fusing AI-driven academics with intensive sports training. We're not seeking ordinary educators—we're assembling extraordinary leaders who can develop our team of Guides to unlock twice the potential in young athletes. Your proven ability to shatter expectations, set audacious goals, and drive teams to excellence makes you the ideal architect for our educational revolution.

Our cutting-edge approach pairs adaptive learning technology with motivational strategies rooted in learning science. This isn't just education; it's preparation for championship living.

What you will be doing

  • Elevate Guide Performance: Deliver precise, actionable feedback that transforms good Guides into exceptional ones, directly amplifying student achievement and program excellence.
  • Architect Elite Training Systems: Develop comprehensive Guide Playbooks that codify best practices, innovative learning activities, and strategic solutions to complex educational challenges.
  • Catalyze Student Potential: Lead a select cohort of students, applying your expertise to transform even the most reluctant learners into high-performing achievers.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating Basic Curriculum: Your mission transcends routine lesson planning. While Guides facilitate daily learning through adaptive technology, you'll be engineering superior facilitation methods and high-impact enrichment strategies.
  • Compromising Excellence: When our standard is 100%, 99% is insufficient. You'll maintain unwavering commitment to our performance benchmarks while creating pathways for exceptional achievement, whether that's accelerating a 6th grader to college-level work or ensuring every student meets our rigorous standards.
  • Conducting Conventional Training: Forget passive professional development. You'll model dynamic coaching through active demonstration, infectious energy, and masterful facilitation that inspires Guides to replicate your approach.

Key responsibilities

Train and develop a team of Guides to implement the Sports Academy system with world-class excellence, ensuring our revolutionary educational model delivers transformative outcomes for every student.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Proven track record of developing professional teams to achieve elite-level performance
  • Demonstrated expertise in leveraging data analytics to drive strategic decisions and outcomes
  • Established history of meaningful engagement with children and adolescents (ages 5-18), with tangible results in their development
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Commitment to working in-person at our Austin, Texas campus
