Description

TRANSFORM EDUCATION AS AN ELITE GUIDE DEVELOPER

At Alpha, we're revolutionizing education with a bold mission - and we need exceptional leaders who can build world-class teams. If you've consistently achieved the "impossible" in developing talent and have a passion for transforming how young people learn, this role offers the platform to make your greatest impact yet.

As our Educational Consultant, you'll architect the success of our Guides - the frontline facilitators who power our innovative learning approach. You'll develop playbooks that codify excellence, deliver high-impact training, and model the coaching techniques that unlock student potential. This is leadership with purpose: building a team that helps students not just meet standards, but discover talents they never knew they had.

This full-time, in-person position offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and genuine growth opportunities at one of our campus locations in Texas (Austin, Houston, Fort Worth) or Florida (Tampa, Orlando, West Palm Beach).

What you will be doing

  • Develop and execute world-class training programs that transform Guides into elite learning facilitators within the Alpha system
  • Create comprehensive Guide Playbooks that codify best practices, innovative facilitation techniques, and solutions to complex learning challenges
  • Deliver precise, actionable feedback that measurably elevates Guide performance and student achievement outcomes
  • Personally mentor a select student cohort, modeling the advanced coaching methodologies that define Alpha's approach

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating traditional lesson plans - our technology-driven approach means your focus stays on developing exceptional facilitators, not curriculum
  • Compromising on excellence - when our standard is 100%, your role is to build teams that consistently deliver at that level
  • Conducting passive training sessions - your development approach will be dynamic, experiential, and transformative

Key responsibilities

Architect and lead a team of exceptional Guides who implement Alpha's innovative learning system with uncompromising excellence, directly impacting student achievement and program expansion.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (field not specified)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related field
  • Proven track record developing and implementing innovative educational programs or training initiatives
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with demonstrated success building and motivating high-performing teams
  • Substantive experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental contexts
  • Strong data analysis skills with ability to leverage metrics for continuous improvement
  • Commitment to work on-site at one of our campus locations (Texas: Austin, Houston, Fort Worth; Florida: Tampa, Orlando, West Palm Beach)
  • Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
