What you will be doing
- Leading and nurturing a team of Guides to deliver the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
- Developing comprehensive Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for facilitation, designing engaging learning activities, and addressing challenges
- Providing consistent, actionable feedback to Guides to boost student involvement and success
- Personally mentoring a select group of students, showcasing expert coaching and motivational techniques
What you will NOT be doing
- Creating lesson plans—your Guides facilitate learning through adaptive tools; your focus is on training them to be outstanding facilitators
- Compromising on standards—our passing grade is 100%, and it's your responsibility to uphold that benchmark
- Delivering dull training—you'll engage Guides with dynamic, high-energy, hands-on development
Key responsibilities
Lead and nurture a team of Guides to implement the Alpha system with exceptional quality.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities with the ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental role.
- Proficiency in data analysis and using metrics to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to work on-site in one of these locations: Austin, Houston, Fort Worth, Tampa, Orlando, or West Palm Beach
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
