What you will be doing

  • Leading and nurturing a team of Guides to deliver the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
  • Developing comprehensive Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for facilitation, designing engaging learning activities, and addressing challenges
  • Providing consistent, actionable feedback to Guides to boost student involvement and success
  • Personally mentoring a select group of students, showcasing expert coaching and motivational techniques

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating lesson plans—your Guides facilitate learning through adaptive tools; your focus is on training them to be outstanding facilitators
  • Compromising on standards—our passing grade is 100%, and it's your responsibility to uphold that benchmark
  • Delivering dull training—you'll engage Guides with dynamic, high-energy, hands-on development

Key responsibilities

Lead and nurture a team of Guides to implement the Alpha system with exceptional quality.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities with the ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using metrics to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to work on-site in one of these locations: Austin, Houston, Fort Worth, Tampa, Orlando, or West Palm Beach
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
