What you will be doing

  • Designing and continually refining an AI-driven learning ecosystem that surpasses traditional education, evidenced by significant student achievement improvements.
  • Interacting directly with students via virtual platforms to gain insights into their learning experiences, using this information for ecosystem enhancement.
  • Utilizing platform data to uncover actionable insights and design impactful academic interventions with AI/ML, learning science, and motivational strategies.
  • Fostering a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making to unlock substantial student growth.
  • Collaborating with engineering, data science, and design teams to translate academic insights into product improvements.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Merely digitizing traditional education. This is about reimagining learning from the ground up, not replicating classroom instruction on screens.
  • Analyzing data in isolation. Regular engagement with K-12 students is crucial, as their feedback is vital.

Key responsibilities

Lead innovation in AI-driven, teacher-less education to achieve outstanding student outcomes across campuses. Combine data analytics with student engagement to optimize our learning ecosystem, measured by AP exam success and MAP assessment growth.

Candidate requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • Leadership experience in education or EdTech.
  • Experience applying AI technologies in educational or professional settings.
  • Experience designing AI systems for content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning.
  • Strong grasp of learning science principles and data-driven educational methods.
  • Proven ability to convey complex educational and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
