What you will be doing

  • Designing and continuously refining an AI-driven learning ecosystem that leads to significant student achievement improvements.
  • Interacting directly with students via virtual platforms to gain insights into their learning experiences, using this information to enhance the learning ecosystem.
  • Utilizing platform data to identify actionable insights and create effective academic interventions using AI/ML, learning science, and motivational strategies.
  • Promoting a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making to unlock significant student growth.
  • Collaborating with engineering, data science, and design teams to integrate academic insights and student feedback into seamless product improvements.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Simply applying AI to traditional education models. This role is about reimagining learning from scratch.
  • Working with data in isolation. Regular engagement with K-12 students and valuing their feedback is crucial.
  • Waiting for consensus to initiate change. You'll drive a bold vision with data-driven results.
  • Adhering to conventional methods. You'll have the freedom to explore innovative approaches to motivation, assessment, and instruction.

Key responsibilities

Lead the innovation of AI-driven, teacher-less education to achieve outstanding student outcomes across campuses. Integrate data analytics with student engagement to continually refine our learning ecosystem, as evidenced by AP exam and MAP assessment performance improvements.

Candidate requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Leadership experience in education or EdTech.
  • Experience applying AI technologies in educational or professional settings.
  • Experience in designing and implementing AI systems for tasks like content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning.
  • Strong understanding of learning science principles and data-driven educational approaches.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex educational and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
