What you will be doing

  • Designing and continuously improving an AI-driven learning ecosystem that surpasses traditional education, supported by measurable student achievement data
  • Interacting directly with students through virtual platforms to understand their learning experiences, challenges, and successes, using these insights to enhance the learning ecosystem
  • Analyzing platform data to uncover actionable insights and design impactful academic interventions using AI/ML, learning science, and motivational best practices
  • Fostering a culture of bold experimentation and evidence-based decision-making, using data to unlock significant student growth
  • Collaborating with platform engineering, data science, and design teams to translate academic insights and student feedback into seamless product improvements

What you will NOT be doing

  • Repackaging traditional education with an AI facade. This is not about replicating classroom instruction on screens—it's about reimagining learning from scratch.
  • Analyzing data in isolation. Regular engagement with K-12 students is essential, considering their feedback as vital input from our valued customers.
  • Waiting for consensus to push boundaries. You'll lead a bold vision and unite others around data-driven outcomes.
  • Adhering to conventional methods. You'll have the freedom to experiment with innovative approaches to motivation, assessment, and instruction.

Key responsibilities

Drive innovation in AI-powered, teacher-less education to deliver outstanding student outcomes across multiple campuses. Combine data analytics with regular student engagement to continuously enhance our learning ecosystem, as evidenced by AP exam performance and MAP assessment growth.

Candidate requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or related field
  • Leadership experience in education or EdTech
  • Experience applying AI technologies in educational or professional settings
  • Experience in designing and implementing AI systems for content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
  • Strong understanding of learning science principles and data-driven educational approaches
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate complex educational and technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
