Description

Transform Education with AI: Are You Ready to Redefine Achievement?

At 2 Hour Learning, AI isn't just a tool—it's our foundation. We've completely reimagined education, breaking free from traditional constraints to create something extraordinary. Our revolutionary approach doesn't just improve learning—it catapults students to unprecedented heights of achievement.

The results speak volumes: our students consistently score top marks on multiple AP exams, show remarkable growth on MAP assessments, and discover capabilities they never knew they possessed. This is education transformed, and we're just getting started.

As our Learning Designer, you'll be the visionary behind an educational ecosystem that spans multiple school campuses. You'll harness AI's immense potential to craft personalized learning journeys that respond intuitively to each student's unique profile—all without traditional classroom teachers.

This role blends strategic insight with hands-on involvement. You'll analyze learning data to uncover growth opportunities while directly engaging with students to understand their real-world experiences. These dual perspectives will enable you to identify precise motivational triggers and instructional approaches that elevate achievement across all campuses.

You'll lead a forward-thinking team while keeping one priority above all: student success. Every innovation, every decision, every strategy must advance this mission.

This isn't just a job—it's a chance to pioneer the future of education. With cutting-edge analytics, large-scale testing capabilities, and the freedom to innovate, you'll redefine what's possible in learning.

At 2 Hour Learning, we're not just improving grades—we're unlocking human potential through AI. If you're ready to harness revolutionary technology to transform education's very foundation, join us. We need bold thinkers and meticulous executors who refuse to accept educational limitations.

Be part of the AI revolution in education. Together, we won't just predict the future of learning—we'll create it.

What you will be doing

  • Design and continuously evolve an AI-powered learning ecosystem that delivers measurable results, demonstrated through concrete student achievement metrics
  • Connect directly with students via digital platforms to gain firsthand understanding of their learning journey, using these critical insights to drive ecosystem enhancements
  • Extract meaningful patterns from platform data to develop targeted academic interventions that leverage cutting-edge AI/ML capabilities, learning science research, and proven motivational strategies
  • Foster an environment where bold experimentation thrives alongside data-driven decision-making, using analytics to catalyze breakthrough improvements in student growth
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, data science and design specialists to seamlessly integrate academic insights and student feedback into platform improvements

What you will NOT be doing

  • Digitizing conventional classroom practices. We're not transferring traditional education online—we're creating an entirely new learning paradigm.
  • Conducting abstract data analysis. You'll regularly interact with K-12 students, treating their feedback as invaluable input from our customer base.

  • Following educational orthodoxy. You'll have the freedom to explore breakthrough approaches to student motivation, assessment methods, and instructional techniques.
  • Approaching AI with caution or skepticism. Here, you'll embrace AI as a powerful catalyst for educational transformation, not as a technology to be feared.
