Our AI-enhanced learning system is redefining how students learn, enabling mastery at double the speed of conventional education. What you will be doing

  • Analyzing student reading and writing data with AI to develop revolutionary strategies that redefine English language teaching and literary critique.
  • Creating AI-driven tools tailored to individual learning preferences, making grammar intuitive, vocabulary building engaging, and literary analysis approachable for all students.
  • Designing dynamic learning paths that adapt in real-time, guiding students from phonics to complex text analysis, ensuring each learner advances optimally.
  • Collaborating with a diverse team of educators, linguists, and AI specialists to expand the horizons of language education, directly influencing thousands of students' learning experiences.
  • Transforming both classic and modern literature into interactive, AI-enhanced experiences that educate and spark a passion for reading and writing in students.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing conventional English curriculums or dealing with administrative duties—this role is focused on innovation and strategic enhancement of language arts teaching and learning within our accelerated framework.
  • Working alone—you'll be part of an energetic team advancing the frontiers of AI in English education.
  • Concentrating only on theory—every AI model you create will directly impact student comprehension and application of language skills in the real world, all within the 2 Hour Learning framework.

Key responsibilities

Lead the drive for measurable improvements in student English and Language Arts performance through AI-powered analysis and execution, achieving a 2x increase in skill mastery across diverse domains (reading, writing, grammar, literary analysis) and grade levels, all within our groundbreaking 2 Hour Learning model.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum, with proven impact on learning outcomes
  • Basic coding skills in any programming language
  • Experience in designing, implementing, or utilizing AI systems for content creation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and extract actionable insights
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of conveying complex English/Language Arts concepts to diverse stakeholders professionally
