We're seeking a visionary leader to drive our mission of revolutionizing science education through advanced data analysis, innovative AI applications, and deep subject matter knowledge. Your goal? To double the speed at which students grasp scientific concepts, from elementary biology to advanced quantum physics.

What you will be doing

  • Leveraging AI to interpret complex student learning data, converting these insights into groundbreaking strategies that redefine science education.
  • Designing AI-powered virtual experiments and simulations that animate abstract scientific concepts, engaging and educating students.
  • Developing adaptive learning paths that adjust in real-time, making complex scientific theories accessible and intriguing for students at all levels.
  • Collaborating with a dynamic team of educators, scientists, and AI experts to expand the frontiers of science education, directly impacting the learning journey of countless students.
  • Translating dense scientific literature into digestible, AI-enhanced content that not only informs but also ignites students' enthusiasm for scientific discovery.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing traditional science curriculums or handling administrative tasks—this position is centered on innovation and strategic advancement in science education.
  • Working in solitude—you'll be part of a vibrant team pushing the limits of AI in science education.
  • Focusing solely on theory—every AI model you create will directly influence how students understand and apply scientific principles in the real world.

Key responsibilities

Lead initiatives to achieve significant improvements in student science learning outcomes through AI-driven analysis and implementation, ensuring a 2x acceleration in concept mastery across various scientific disciplines (biology, chemistry, physics, etc.) and educational levels.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific field (such as Biology, Physics, Chemistry, or similar)
  • 3+ years of experience in teaching science or developing science curricula, with a proven track record of impacting learning outcomes
  • Basic programming skills in any coding language
  • Experience in designing, implementing, or using AI systems for tasks like content creation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of explaining intricate scientific concepts to diverse stakeholders professionally
