We're on the hunt for a forward-thinking Learning Designer who can spearhead our ambitious mission: leveraging sophisticated data analytics, cutting-edge AI applications, and deep scientific knowledge to help students master scientific concepts twice as fast—whether they're exploring cellular structures or delving into the mysteries of quantum mechanics.

What you will be doing

  • Unearth hidden patterns in learning analytics using AI technologies, then architect revolutionary teaching methodologies that redefine science education effectiveness.
  • Craft immersive AI-driven virtual laboratories and interactive simulations that transform abstract scientific theories into tangible, engaging learning experiences.
  • Develop responsive learning journeys that continuously adapt to individual student progress, making even the most complex scientific concepts accessible across diverse learning profiles.
  • Synergize with our multidisciplinary team of education specialists, scientific experts, and AI engineers to expand the horizons of what's possible in science education, directly enhancing learning outcomes for thousands.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Overseeing conventional science curricula or tackling administrative responsibilities—your focus will be on pioneering innovation and strategically enhancing science education methodologies.
  • Operating in isolation—you'll be an integral part of a collaborative team pushing the boundaries of AI-enhanced science education.
  • Dwelling exclusively on theoretical concepts—every AI solution you develop will have direct, practical applications in helping students comprehend and apply scientific principles in meaningful contexts.

Key responsibilities

Drive quantifiable enhancements in science education outcomes through sophisticated AI-powered analysis and implementation strategies. Success will be measured by your ability to accelerate concept mastery by 100% across the scientific spectrum—from biology and chemistry to physics and beyond—for students at various academic levels.

Candidate requirements

  • Scientific foundation: Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific discipline (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or related field)
  • Educational impact: Minimum 3 years of experience in science education or curriculum development with proven positive effects on student learning outcomes
  • Technical aptitude: Fundamental coding proficiency in any programming language
  • AI literacy: Hands-on experience designing, implementing, or utilizing AI systems for educational purposes such as content creation, data analytics, or personalized learning
  • Analytical expertise: Proven capability to process complex datasets and extract meaningful, actionable insights
  • Communication mastery: Superior ability to convey intricate scientific concepts to diverse audiences in professional environments
