What you will be doing

  • Design AI-driven learning pathways that adapt in real-time, making complex math concepts accessible and engaging for students of all levels.
  • Work alongside a team of education and AI experts to expand the possibilities in math education, directly influencing the learning path of countless students.
  • Convert intricate mathematical theories into engaging, AI-enhanced content that students not only comprehend but also enjoy.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing conventional math programs or dealing with administrative duties—this position is focused on innovation and strategic enhancement of math teaching and learning.
  • Working solo—you'll be part of a vibrant team advancing AI in math education.
  • Concentrating on theory without practical application—each algorithm you create will have a direct impact on student learning and understanding of mathematics.

Key responsibilities

Lead efforts to achieve significant improvements in student math learning outcomes through AI-driven analysis and implementation, evidenced by a twofold increase in concept mastery across various mathematical domains and grade levels.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline
  • Over 3 years of experience teaching mathematics or developing math curriculum, with proven impact on learning outcomes
  • Basic programming skills in any language
  • Experience in designing, implementing, or using AI systems for content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and extract actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining intricate mathematical concepts to diverse stakeholders in a professional environment
