Description

Do you have the knack for interpreting the intricate layers of a Shakespearean sonnet or deconstructing the phonetic intricacies of a word with equal finesse? Envision channeling that linguistic prowess and literary insight through the lens of cutting-edge AI to transform the way millions of students conquer language and literature. At 2 Hour Learning, we're not just scripting the future of English education—we're sculpting it into an engaging, adaptive journey.

We're on the hunt for a trailblazer to steer our mission of revolutionizing English and Language Arts education through advanced data analytics, pioneering AI applications, and profound subject matter expertise. Your mission? To accelerate students' comprehension of language concepts and literary analysis, from foundational phonics to sophisticated literary critique, at double the traditional pace.

At 2 Hour Learning, we're redefining K-12 education with undeniable impact. Our AI-driven learning ecosystem is reshaping how students learn, enabling them to master subjects twice as fast as conventional schooling. We're not just making adjustments; we're reconstructing the system from the ground up, backed by data that proves its efficacy. Students using our platform consistently score 4s and 5s on five or more AP exams, show more than two years' growth on annual MAP assessments, and exceed their own expectations of achievement.

  • Working in isolation—you'll be part of our dynamic team advancing the frontiers of AI in English education.
  • Concentrating solely on theory—every AI model you develop will directly influence how students comprehend and apply language skills in real-world scenarios, all within the 2 Hour Learning framework.

Key responsibilities
