Key responsibilities
As our Learning Experience Designer, you'll be the driving force behind measurable leaps in student achievement. Your mission? You'll be the architect of accelerated learning, ensuring our 2 Hour Learning model continues to redefine what's possible in English and Language Arts education.
Candidate requirements
- A degree in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field (Bachelor's minimum, advanced degrees welcomed)
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in ELA teaching or curriculum development, with a track record of boosting learning outcomes
- Coding skills in any programming language—you don't need to be a tech guru, but you should be comfortable with the basics
- Familiarity with AI systems for tasks like content creation, data analysis, or adaptive learning—bonus points if you've designed or implemented these yourself
