What you will be doing

  • Dwelling in the realm of pure theory—every AI model you develop will have tangible, real-world impacts on students' language skills, all within the groundbreaking 2 Hour Learning framework.

Key responsibilities

As our Learning Experience Designer, you'll be the driving force behind measurable leaps in student achievement. Your mission? To leverage AI-driven analysis and implementation to double the speed at which students master skills across reading, writing, grammar, and literature analysis. You'll be the architect of accelerated learning, ensuring our 2 Hour Learning model continues to redefine what's possible in English and Language Arts education.

Candidate requirements

  • A degree in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field (Bachelor's minimum, advanced degrees welcomed)
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in ELA teaching or curriculum development, with a track record of boosting learning outcomes
  • Coding skills in any programming language—you don't need to be a tech guru, but you should be comfortable with the basics
  • Familiarity with AI systems for tasks like content creation, data analysis, or adaptive learning—bonus points if you've designed or implemented these yourself
  • A knack for turning complex data into actionable insights that drive real educational improvements
  • Top-notch communication skills—you should be able to explain intricate language concepts to diverse audiences, from tech teams to teachers
