Your mission? To accelerate students' understanding of language concepts and literary analysis, from the basics of phonics to the complexities of literary critique, at twice the usual pace.

Our AI-driven learning platform is redefining how students learn, enabling mastery at twice the speed of traditional methods. We're not just adjusting the system; we're reconstructing it, and the data speaks for itself. Students using our platform consistently score 4s and 5s on multiple AP exams, surpass annual MAP assessment growth by over two years, and exceed their own expectations of achievement.

What you will be doing

  • Leveraging AI to uncover patterns in student reading and writing data, transforming these insights into innovative strategies that revolutionize English language instruction and literary analysis.
  • Creating AI-powered tools tailored to individual learning styles, making grammar intuitive, vocabulary building engaging, and literary analysis accessible for students of all levels.
  • Designing dynamic learning pathways that adapt in real-time, guiding students from phonics to complex text parsing, ensuring each learner progresses optimally.
  • Collaborating with a diverse team of educators, linguists, and AI specialists to expand the horizons of language education, directly influencing the learning journeys of thousands of students.
  • Transforming both classic and modern literature into interactive, AI-enhanced experiences that educate and ignite a passion for reading and writing in students.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing traditional English curricula or performing administrative duties—this role focuses on innovation and strategic enhancement in teaching and learning language arts within our accelerated model.
  • Working in isolation—you'll be part of a dynamic team advancing AI's role in English education.
  • Concentrating solely on theory—every AI model you develop will have a tangible impact on how students grasp and apply language skills in the real world, all within the 2 Hour Learning framework.

Key responsibilities

Lead efforts to drive measurable improvements in student English and Language Arts outcomes through AI-driven analysis and implementation, achieving a 2x acceleration in skill mastery across various domains such as reading, writing, grammar, and literature analysis, across all grade levels within our innovative 2 Hour Learning model.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum, with a proven impact on learning outcomes
  • Basic coding skills in any programming language
  • Experience in designing, implementing, or utilizing AI systems for content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and extract actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex English/Language Arts concepts to diverse stakeholders in a professional setting
