Description

Are you ready to rewrite the future of English education? At 2 Hour Learning, we're not just teaching language—we're revolutionizing how millions master it. If you can decode Shakespeare and dissect syntax with equal passion, your expertise could be the key to unlocking unprecedented learning potential.

We're seeking a trailblazing Curriculum Designer to spearhead our mission: leveraging cutting-edge AI to transform English and Language Arts education. Your challenge? To double students' language mastery speed, from phonics fundamentals to advanced literary analysis.

2 Hour Learning isn't tweaking education—we're rebuilding it from the ground up. Our AI-driven ecosystem consistently produces stellar results: students acing multiple AP exams, achieving two-year growth in annual assessments, and shattering their own expectations. Join us in crafting the future of learning, where data drives success and innovation knows no bounds.

What you will be doing

  • Harness AI to uncover groundbreaking patterns in student data, revolutionizing English language instruction and literary analysis.
  • Engineer adaptive AI tools that make grammar intuitive, vocabulary exciting, and literary analysis accessible across all learning levels.
  • Architect dynamic, real-time learning pathways that optimize each student's journey from basic phonics to complex text analysis.
  • Collaborate with elite educators, linguists, and AI experts to push the boundaries of language education, impacting thousands of learners.
  • Transform literature into interactive, AI-enhanced experiences that not only educate but ignite passion for reading and writing.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing outdated curriculums or drowning in administrative tasks—your focus is pioneering innovation within our accelerated model.
  • Working in isolation—you'll be at the heart of a dynamic team, driving the future of AI in English education.
  • Theorizing without action—every AI model you develop will have immediate, measurable impact on real-world student outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Drive measurable, transformative improvements in student English and Language Arts outcomes through AI-powered analysis and implementation. Your mission: achieve a 2x acceleration in skill mastery across reading, writing, grammar, and literature analysis at all grade levels, revolutionizing education within our innovative 2 Hour Learning model.
