What you will be doing
- Identifying trends in student reading and writing data with AI, turning these discoveries into innovative strategies that transform English language instruction and literary analysis.
- Developing AI-driven tools tailored to individual learning preferences, making grammar intuitive, vocabulary building engaging, and literary analysis approachable for students of all levels.
- Creating adaptive learning pathways that evolve in real-time, guiding students from phonics to complex text analysis, ensuring each learner advances at their ideal pace.
- Working alongside a diverse team of educators, linguists, and AI specialists to extend the limits of language education, directly influencing the educational journey of countless students.

What you will NOT be doing
- Managing conventional English curriculums or performing administrative duties—this role focuses on innovation and strategic enhancement in teaching language arts within our accelerated framework.
- Operating in isolation—you'll be an integral part of our dynamic team advancing the boundaries of AI in English education.
- Concentrating solely on theory—every AI model you create will have a direct impact on students' comprehension and application of language skills in real-world scenarios, all within the 2 Hour Learning framework.
Key responsibilities
Lead measurable enhancements in student English and Language Arts results through AI-driven analysis and implementation, achieving a 2x acceleration in skill mastery across various domains (reading, writing, grammar, literature analysis) and grade levels, all within our innovative 2 Hour Learning model.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum, with a proven impact on learning outcomes
- Basic proficiency in coding in any programming language
- Experience in designing, implementing, or utilizing AI systems for tasks like content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and extract actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining intricate English/Language Arts concepts to diverse stakeholders professionally
