We're seeking a part-time college admissions consultant to help these students translate their achievements into successful applications for top-tier universities.

In this adaptable remote role, offering 5-10 hours weekly, you'll develop strategic college admissions plans for students with extraordinary projects. Your insights will aid them in crafting persuasive applications, advising parents on our innovative methodology, and showcasing how transformative work surpasses academic records in securing elite college placements.

What you will be doing

  • Engage in monthly consultations with students to strategize the integration of their projects into compelling college applications.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from students and parents regarding top-tier college admissions.
  • Participate in informational sessions to highlight the advantages of AlphaX projects over conventional academic pursuits.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in elite college admissions and contribute to establishing AlphaX's authority in the field.
  • Share evidence and success narratives that endorse our innovative approach.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Adhering to traditional, GPA-centric admissions methods.
  • Committing to full-time hours or a fixed schedule.
  • Dealing with standard applications centered on conventional extracurricular activities.
  • Overseeing daily student project activities.
  • Engaging in travel or in-person work commitments.

Candidate requirements

  • Personal experience with elite college admissions, holding a degree from a top 50 US institution.
  • Proven track record in aiding students' entry into top 10 colleges through admissions guidance, consulting, or mentoring.
  • Profound insight into elite US college admissions, particularly for unconventional applicants.
  • Exceptional communication abilities and a knack for fostering trust with driven students and their families.
  • Residency in North America is required.
  • Availability for 5-10 hours per week, including live interactions with students and parents.
