We're seeking a technical product virtuoso to architect the future of our AI-driven product suite. You'll translate ambitious vision into executable engineering brilliance for three revolutionary products: Brain Lift Coach (AI-powered expertise capture system), Crossover (AI hiring platform finding the top 1% of global talent), and gt.school (adaptive learning platform accelerating education).

What you will be doing

  • Architect and deliver breakthrough generative AI features that create measurable customer value
  • Execute strategic customer research to quantify product impact and identify high-value opportunities
  • Develop functional proof-of-concepts using cutting-edge AI technologies to validate hypotheses before full investment
  • Harness multimodal LLMs to extract actionable intelligence from complex, unstructured datasets
  • Transform strategic product vision into precise technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Evaluate engineering deliverables against rigorous quality standards and functional requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven analysis of post-launch metrics and user feedback

What you will NOT be doing

  • Project management busywork or developer task-tracking—we expect engineering excellence without micromanagement
  • People management or administrative overhead that distracts from product innovation
  • Basic QA testing that should be automated or handled by dedicated specialists

Key responsibilities

Ensure high-quality software releases by breaking down high-level goals into clear requirements, use cases and user stories, important technical decisions, and acceptance criteria.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 2 years hands-on software engineering experience with demonstrated technical problem-solving ability
  • At least 1 year experience as a product manager/owner with responsibility for feature delivery
  • Proven track record building and shipping features that effectively utilize generative AI capabilities
  • Strong experience with AWS cloud architecture and application development
  • AI-first mindset - deep conviction that generative AI has forever changed how technology helps people and will continue to further disrupt industries. Belief that the only viable future is one where people use generative AI in virtually everything they do
