You'll be the strategic bridge between vision and execution for products that are fundamentally changing how people work, learn, and access opportunities:

What you will be doing

  • Design and deliver breakthrough generative AI features that create measurable customer value and competitive advantage
  • Conduct rigorous customer research to quantify product impact and identify high-potential opportunities
  • Rapidly develop working proof-of-concepts using cutting-edge AI technologies to validate hypotheses and accelerate innovation
  • Harness multimodal LLMs to extract strategic insights from complex datasets that drive product decisions
  • Transform visionary product concepts into precise requirements, compelling user stories, and definitive acceptance criteria
  • Evaluate engineering deliverables against exacting quality standards and functional requirements
  • Analyze post-launch metrics and user feedback to measure success and drive continuous improvement

What you will NOT be doing

  • Project management busywork: chasing developers for status updates or micromanaging delivery timelines
  • People management or administrative overhead that distracts from core product innovation
  • Low-value QA tasks that don't leverage your strategic thinking and technical expertise
  • Creating incremental features that don't meaningfully advance our AI-powered vision
  • Working with outdated technologies or on products without transformative potential

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 2 years hands-on software engineering experience with demonstrated excellence in technical problem-solving
  • At least 1 year experience as a product manager/owner with direct responsibility for feature delivery
  • Proven track record building and shipping features that effectively leverage generative AI capabilities
  • Strong experience with AWS cloud architecture and application development
  • AI-first mindset - deep conviction that generative AI has fundamentally transformed technology's potential and will continue to disrupt industries. Unwavering belief that the future belongs to those who effectively integrate AI into every aspect of their work
