Senior DevOps Architect   $400,000 USD/year

Description

Ready to revolutionize SaaS operations at an unprecedented scale? At Trilogy, we're not just managing SaaS products—we're reinventing how they operate. As we acquire one SaaS company after another, we're building something extraordinary: the industry's first AI-powered SaaS operations powerhouse.

While others struggle with manual processes and reactive firefighting, we're crafting the future of SaaS operations. Picture yourself at the helm of a portfolio spanning dozens of diverse SaaS products, each with its unique architecture and challenges. This isn't about maintaining the status quo—it's about transforming SaaS operations into a strategic advantage through cutting-edge AI automation.

We're seeking a technical virtuoso who's not just participated in SaaS operations but has owned and transformed them. As our Senior DevOps Architect, you'll be the mastermind behind an AI-driven operational revolution, optimizing everything from cloud costs to system reliability across our expanding ecosystem.

If you're energized by the prospect of architecting scalable systems, wielding AI to automate complex operations, and making decisions that impact millions of users, we want to talk to you. This is your chance to write the playbook for next-generation SaaS operations.

What you will be doing

  • Architect and implement cutting-edge SaaS operations strategies that set new industry benchmarks
  • Pioneer the integration of AI tools and automation to revolutionize operational efficiency and reliability
  • Design and refine a seamless framework for integrating newly acquired SaaS products into our ecosystem
  • Make strategic decisions that shape the future of multi-product SaaS operations

What you will NOT be doing

  • Getting bogged down in day-to-day operational firefighting—your focus is on building automated, AI-driven solutions
  • Operating in a single-product silo—you'll be orchestrating operations across a diverse, growing portfolio
  • Following conventional operational playbooks—you'll be writing new ones that leverage the latest in AI technology

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of an AI-first SaaS operations strategy that delivers exceptional reliability, optimizes costs, and scales effortlessly across our expanding portfolio of acquired SaaS businesses

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record with 5+ years of enterprise-grade SaaS operations leadership
  • Demonstrated success in managing SaaS operations for an SME serving enterprise clients
  • Hands-on experience implementing AI and automation solutions in operational environments
  • Deep expertise in AWS, DevOps practices, Docker containerization, and Kubernetes orchestration
