You'll be the architect of our operational future, working directly with our founder to build intelligent frameworks that drive unprecedented growth.

What you will be doing

Your mission will be to harness the power of AI to scale our educational revolution:

  • Architect and deploy sophisticated AI systems that transform our operational landscape while preserving our exceptional educational standards
  • Develop data-driven insights using AI tools to inform strategic decisions and identify emerging opportunities
  • Spearhead cross-functional initiatives to seamlessly integrate AI solutions throughout our organization
  • Get your hands dirty with technical implementation—from API integrations to system automation
  • Create AI-powered quality assurance frameworks to maintain consistency across our growing network

What you will NOT be doing

To be clear, this role is focused on strategic AI implementation and scaling. You won't be:

  • Managing individual campus operations or day-to-day logistics
  • Creating educational content or supervising teaching staff
  • Just theorizing about AI—we need practical implementation
  • Maintaining existing systems—we're all about innovation and transformation

Key responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement AI-enhanced operational systems that drive scalable growth while ensuring consistent delivery of our revolutionary academic model. Transform complex operational data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making at the executive level.

Candidate requirements

  • A decade or more of operational leadership experience scaling multi-site operations (education, premium retail, hospitality, or healthcare sectors)
  • Alumni status from a premier consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG)
  • Demonstrated expertise in practical AI implementation—be prepared to showcase your technical prowess in our assessment
  • Proven ability to transform traditional processes into AI-powered systems, including hands-on experience with coding and API integration
  • Extensive background in managing complex operational portfolios and driving organizational transformation
  • Strong track record of translating operational insights into executive-level recommendations
  • US-based with capability to travel 30% of time
  • Must have US work authorization (no visa sponsorship available)
