We're in search of an operational mastermind who can transform complex processes into AI-driven solutions. Not merely someone familiar with AI, but a true technical authority capable of implementing it—integrating systems, executing API calls, and devising intelligent frameworks that propel strategic insights forward.

You'll collaborate directly with the founder, steering strategic choices and taking significant responsibility for the operational frameworks that drive our expansion. What you will be doing

  • Creating AI-Enhanced Systems: Craft and deploy AI-driven operational frameworks that maximize efficiency and uphold stellar educational outcomes on a large scale.
  • Strategic Decision Empowerment: Use AI tools to offer real-time strategic insights to the founder, spotting growth prospects and addressing risks proactively.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Oversee extensive, cross-functional operational portfolios to ensure the seamless integration of AI solutions throughout the business.
  • Hands-On AI Execution: Apply technical expertise to connect systems, execute API calls, and automate intricate processes—no delegation of technical tasks.
  • Championing Operational Excellence: Establish AI-powered quality control systems to ensure the consistent delivery of our academic model across numerous locations.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing Daily Campus Operations: Your focus will be on strategic scaling and automation, not the day-to-day management of individual campuses.
  • Developing Curriculum or Overseeing Educational Staff: This role centers on operational excellence, not educational content or teaching responsibilities.
  • Engaging in High-Level Theorizing Without Action: We require tangible, technical application of AI—not just strategic notions or conceptual ideas.
  • Maintaining the Status Quo: Complacency is not an option—this is a high-growth, high-demand role that requires ongoing innovation.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute AI-driven operational frameworks and automated systems that support scalable growth and ensure the consistent delivery of 2 Hour Learning's academic model, while providing the founder with actionable, data-driven strategic insights.

Candidate requirements

  • Over 10 years of leadership experience in operations, scaling multi-location enterprises (education, high-end retail, hospitality, or healthcare).
  • Experience with a leading management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG).
  • Skilled in both practical and technical applications of AI tools; must pass a stringent assessment involving AI-driven business process automation.
  • Proven expertise in converting operational processes into AI-fueled systems with demonstrable technical execution (coding, API integrations, automation).
  • Experience managing extensive, cross-functional operational portfolios, driving strategic transformation, and achieving top-tier business results.
  • Proven ability to develop and present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives, specifically translating complex operational data into clear, actionable insights at the executive level.
  • Reside in the United States with a willingness to travel 30% of the time to campus locations.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
