What you will be doing

Your Mission as a Leadership Coach:

  • Architect and deliver world-class training programs that transform our Guides into exceptional learning facilitators
  • Design and develop comprehensive Guide Playbooks that set the gold standard for learning facilitation
  • Drive continuous improvement through strategic coaching and actionable feedback
  • Showcase excellence by personally mentoring a select group of students, demonstrating best-in-class coaching techniques

What you will NOT be doing

To Keep You Focused on What Matters Most, You Won't Be:

  • Creating traditional lesson plans - our innovative technology handles the curriculum while you focus on developing outstanding facilitators
  • Compromising on excellence - we maintain our high standards (100% mastery) without exception
  • Running conventional training sessions - your approach will be dynamic, interactive, and transformative

Key responsibilities

Lead and elevate a team of Guides to deliver exceptional implementation of the Alpha learning system, ensuring world-class standards across all aspects of our educational approach.

Candidate requirements

Your Toolkit for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree (field of study open)
  • 5+ years of proven experience in education, L&D, coaching, or related fields
  • Track record of creating and implementing groundbreaking educational initiatives
  • Exceptional team leadership abilities with a proven history of building high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated success working with youth aged 5-18 in educational settings
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for continuous improvement
  • Commitment to working on-site at one of our campus locations
  • Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
