What you will be doing
- Architect and execute world-class training programs that transform our Guides into elite learning facilitators
- Design and implement comprehensive Guide Playbooks that set the standard for educational excellence
- Deliver high-impact, data-driven feedback that catalyzes Guide performance and student achievement
- Lead by example through direct student mentorship, showcasing advanced coaching techniques and motivation strategies
What you will NOT be doing
- Creating traditional lesson plans - our adaptive technology handles the curriculum, allowing you to focus on developing exceptional facilitators
- Managing mediocrity - we maintain uncompromising standards of excellence
- Conducting passive training sessions - your development approach will be dynamic, engaging, and results-driven
Key responsibilities
Drive educational excellence by developing and empowering a team of elite Guides who consistently deliver exceptional learning outcomes through the Alpha system.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 5+ years of proven experience in education, L&D, coaching, or related field
- Track record of developing and implementing innovative educational programs
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Substantial experience working with youth (ages 5-18)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making expertise
- Must work on-site in: Austin, Houston, Fort Worth, Tampa, Orlando, or West Palm Beach
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
