This isn't about maintaining the status quo. It's about creating unprecedented opportunities for students through our innovative, technology-powered learning approach. You'll be the architect of excellence, developing and implementing strategies that elevate our Guides from good to extraordinary.

What you will be doing

  • Architect and execute world-class training programs that transform our Guides into elite learning facilitators
  • Design and implement comprehensive Guide Playbooks that set the standard for educational excellence
  • Deliver high-impact, data-driven feedback that catalyzes Guide performance and student achievement
  • Lead by example through direct student mentorship, showcasing advanced coaching techniques and motivation strategies

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating traditional lesson plans - our adaptive technology handles the curriculum, allowing you to focus on developing exceptional facilitators
  • Managing mediocrity - we maintain uncompromising standards of excellence
  • Conducting passive training sessions - your development approach will be dynamic, engaging, and results-driven

Key responsibilities

Drive educational excellence by developing and empowering a team of elite Guides who consistently deliver exceptional learning outcomes through the Alpha system.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 5+ years of proven experience in education, L&D, coaching, or related field
  • Track record of developing and implementing innovative educational programs
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
  • Substantial experience working with youth (ages 5-18)
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making expertise
  • Must work on-site in: Austin, Houston, Fort Worth, Tampa, Orlando, or West Palm Beach
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
