What you will be doing

  • Following Standard Operating Procedures to managing a wide array of operational tasks with excellence - from student attendance to safety drills to vendor coordination, you can juggle a variety of tasks with poise.
  • Creating an environment of top-tier customer service, ensuring timely, courteous, and solutions-focused interactions with parents, students, and staff.
  • Building strong relationships with parents, staff, students, and the community, emphasizing open communication and respect.
  • Overseeing daily logistics, facility maintenance, and electronic device management.
  • Partnering effectively with academic staff to create a supportive and respectful work atmosphere.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Dealing with academic matters – your focus is on non-academic operations.
  • Routine campus maintenance or janitorial tasks.
  • Managing curriculum or academic programs.
  • Handling disciplinary issues – you're here to create a nurturing environment.
  • Performing teaching duties, as we rely on technology for instruction.

Candidate requirements

  • Willingness to work on-site at our Miami, FL campus
  • Ability to diligently follow detailed instructions, pay close attention to details, and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures without deviating from them
  • Exceptional communication skills and an ability to connect with students
  • Experience or training in handling unexpected situations or emergencies in a professional setting
  • Certification in First Aid, CPR, & AED or the willingness to complete it within the first 30 days of employment
  • Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship

Nice to have

  • Experience as a Google Administrator for a multiuser account or organization
  • Experience working in schools in an operational or administrative capacity 
  • Event planning and management proficiency
