Head of Facilities Management   $400,000 USD/year

Description

Transform education through operational AI excellence at 2 Hour Learning, where we're achieving 2.6x academic growth in just two-hour blocks. We're not just talking about AI—we're implementing it to scale our revolutionary K-12 educational approach.

We're seeking an operational visionary who can architect AI-powered systems that maintain our exceptional outcomes while enabling rapid growth. This isn't about theoretical AI knowledge; it's about technical implementation—connecting systems, writing API calls, and building intelligent frameworks that deliver strategic insights.

Working directly with our founder, you'll drive mission-critical decisions and own the operational backbone of our expansion. This role demands excellence, innovation, and the ability to execute in a high-velocity environment.

If you're passionate about leveraging AI to revolutionize education at scale and have the technical prowess to make it happen, join us in creating the future of learning.

What you will be doing

  • Architect and deploy AI-driven operational ecosystems that scale our educational model while preserving our exceptional student outcomes
  • Generate data-powered strategic intelligence for executive decision-making, identifying growth vectors and preemptively addressing potential challenges
  • Orchestrate complex cross-functional operational initiatives to ensure seamless AI integration across all business domains
  • Execute technical AI implementation personally—from system integrations to API development and process automation
  • Establish AI-enhanced quality assurance frameworks that maintain consistent educational delivery across our expanding network

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing individual campus logistics and daily operations (your focus is strategic systems, not tactical execution)
  • Developing educational content or supervising instructional staff (this role centers on operational excellence, not pedagogy)
  • Proposing AI concepts without technical implementation (we need an executor, not just a strategist)
  • Maintaining established processes (this position demands continuous innovation and transformation)

Key responsibilities

Create and implement sophisticated AI-powered operational architectures and automated systems that enable scalable growth while maintaining consistent delivery of our revolutionary academic model. Transform operational data into actionable strategic intelligence that guides executive decision-making and accelerates our mission impact.

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated 10+ years leading operations and scaling multi-location enterprises (education sector preferred; high-end retail, hospitality, or healthcare considered)
  • Background with elite management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency with AI tools and systems (must successfully complete our hands-on AI automation assessment)
  • Proven experience translating operational workflows into AI-driven systems with technical implementation skills (coding, API integration, process automation)
  • Track record managing complex, cross-functional operational portfolios with measurable business impact
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize operational complexity into clear, actionable insights for C-suite executives
  • U.S.-based with willingness to travel 30% time to campus locations
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
