What you will be doing

  • Crafting and executing a strategic sales plan aimed at US educational providers.
  • Forging and managing strategic alliances with leading educational institutions.
  • Initiating efforts to boost user adoption and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Building and nurturing a personal brand through public speaking, publishing, and thought leadership in education and AI.
  • Leading and evolving the sales team to meet growth objectives.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Concentrating solely on internal operations and team management.
  • Handling traditional school operations or curriculum development.
  • Engaging in monotonous cold calling or aggressive sales tactics.
  • Assuming a purely advisory role without active involvement in sales leadership.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the strategic development and execution of initiatives to drive user adoption and sales of AI-powered educational products, including LMS and PI, within the US education sector.

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and market penetration in the US education sector, including developing or selling an EdTech product generating at least $10M in revenue.
  • Strong connections with decision-makers in US school districts and state education departments.
  • Experience leveraging generative AI tools for measurable productivity or product enhancements.
  • Capability to expand and engage a social media audience.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Currently residing in the US and willing to travel for public engagements.
  • Eligible to work for any US employer without visa sponsorship.
