What you will be doing

  • Crafting and executing a strategic sales blueprint aimed at US educational entities.
  • Forging and nurturing strategic alliances with leading educational institutions.
  • Initiating efforts to boost user engagement and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Building your personal brand through public engagements, publications, and thought leadership within the education and AI industries.
  • Guiding and evolving the sales team to meet growth objectives.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Concentrating solely on internal processes and team oversight.
  • Handling conventional school operations or curriculum planning.
  • Participating in monotonous cold calling or aggressive sales approaches.
  • Assuming an advisory-only role without active participation in sales leadership.

Key responsibilities

Spearhead the strategic planning and execution of initiatives to enhance user engagement and drive sales of AI-driven educational solutions, including LMS, PI, and other offerings, within the US education sector.

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated success in boosting sales growth and market reach in the US education domain, including launching or selling an EdTech solution with a minimum of $10M in revenue.
  • Well-established connections with key decision-makers in US school districts and state education departments.
  • Proficiency in leveraging generative AI tools for measurable productivity or product enhancements.
  • Ability to expand and engage a social media audience.
  • Proven capability in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Currently residing in the US with a readiness to travel for public engagements.
  • Authorized to work for any US employer without the need for visa sponsorship.
