Your role will harness generative AI to enhance productivity and customer connection, while also spearheading and nurturing our sales team.

What you will be doing

  • Crafting and executing a strategic sales strategy aimed at US educational providers.
  • Forging and managing strategic alliances with key educational entities.
  • Initiating efforts to boost user adoption and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Building a personal brand through public speaking, publishing, and thought leadership in education and AI sectors.
  • Guiding and developing the sales team to meet growth objectives.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Concentrating solely on internal operations and team oversight.
  • Managing standard school operations or curriculum design.
  • Engaging in monotonous cold calling or high-pressure sales methods.
  • Assuming a purely advisory role without direct sales leadership involvement.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the strategic planning and implementation of initiatives to drive user adoption and sales of AI-driven educational products, including LMS and PI solutions, within the US education sector.

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and market entry in the US education sector, with experience in building or selling an EdTech product generating at least $10M in revenue.
  • Well-established connections with decision-makers in US school districts and state education departments.
  • Experience leveraging generative AI tools for measurable productivity or product enhancements.
  • Capability to expand and engage a social media audience.
  • Proven track record in leading and nurturing high-performing sales teams.
  • Current US residency with a readiness to travel for public engagements.
  • Authorized to work for any US employer without visa sponsorship.
