What you will be doing

  • Qualifying inbound leads with professionalism, friendliness, and in-depth knowledge
  • Delivering concise, well-prepared pitches that highlight Alpha's innovative approach
  • Confidently answering parents' questions, drawing from a comprehensive FAQ
  • Promptly following up with leads during US hours
  • Adapting your approach to each unique lead, ensuring personalized communication

What you will NOT be doing

  • Chasing unqualified leads
  • Reciting robotic scripts or engaging in pushy sales tactics
  • Struggling with outdated educational models or rigid systems
  • Dealing with time-consuming paperwork or administrative tasks

Key responsibilities

Transform curious inquiries into enrolled students by effectively communicating Alpha's revolutionary educational approach and guiding parents through the decision-making process.

Candidate requirements

  • Available to work remotely during US business hours (8am-8pm ET)
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
  • Experience qualifying inbound leads and conducting sales calls
  • Proven track record of qualifying leads and closing deals over the phone
  • Passion for educational innovation and student success
  • Excellent active listening skills and ability to empathize with parent concerns
  • Quick learner who can rapidly internalize and articulate complex educational concepts
