What you will be doing

  • Deep dive into the student experience through direct engagement, transforming real feedback into breakthrough product features
  • Pioneer AI-powered product development, using next-gen tools to accelerate innovation and market penetration
  • Champion product excellence from concept to launch, with unwavering focus on measurable student outcomes
  • Lead distributed development teams with precision and purpose, maintaining exceptional quality standards
  • Stay at the bleeding edge of AI and learning science, constantly pushing the boundaries of educational technology

What you will NOT be doing

  • Playing armchair product manager - you'll be deeply embedded in the user experience
  • Getting bogged down in traditional research cycles - we move at AI speed
  • Delegating responsibility for product success - you own it end-to-end
  • Playing it safe with minor updates - we're after transformative changes that redefine what's possible

Key responsibilities

Candidate requirements

  • 5+ years of battle-tested product management experience
  • Demonstrated mastery of AI tools across the product development spectrum - from ideation to optimization
  • Expert-level user research skills with a proven track record of converting feedback into winning features
  • Strong development team leadership experience with an unwavering commitment to product excellence
  • Data-driven decision-making prowess backed by measurable improvements in user satisfaction
