What you will be doing

  • Directly engaging with students and staff to gather genuine feedback, which you'll transform into strategic product improvements.
  • Utilizing generative AI tools to swiftly brainstorm, prototype, and market innovative product ideas.
  • Owning the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration, with a relentless focus on enhancing student success.
  • Collaborating with outsourced development teams to implement the product roadmap while upholding high quality standards.
  • Diving into learning science and new AI technologies to drive continuous product innovation.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Approaching product management as a mere theoretical task—your role demands constant interaction with real students and users.

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years in product management experience.

  • Proven ability to collect detailed user feedback through interviews and other methods, analyze data to identify trends and issues, and translate insights into practical product improvements.
  • Demonstrated success in leading development teams, ensuring their efforts align with the product vision and meet high-quality standards.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a history of using data to guide product decisions and improve user satisfaction measurably.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering clear, actionable feedback to cross-functional teams and maintaining consistent communication with all stakeholders.
