What you will be doing

  • Architect and evolve cutting-edge AI-driven test automation frameworks that adapt to complex development environments
  • Leverage GenAI tools to analyze test outcomes, identify defect patterns, and drive continuous improvement
  • Design and implement AI-powered simulations for user scenarios, stress conditions, and edge cases to preemptively uncover potential issues

What you will NOT be doing

  • Executing repetitive manual tests or maintaining outdated test scripts
  • Waiting for bugs to be reported by users or post-release testing
  • Spending hours writing basic test cases that could be generated by AI
  • Struggling with false positives or irrelevant test results
  • Playing catch-up with rapidly changing codebases and release cycles

Key responsibilities

Drive the transformation of software quality assurance by leveraging AI and automation to dramatically reduce defects and accelerate release cycles, ultimately revolutionizing the way software is developed and delivered.

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated AI-First mindset: You instinctively approach problems with AI solutions before considering traditional coding methods
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in QA automation, with a track record of implementing innovative solutions
  • Expert-level proficiency in Selenium and advanced knowledge of Python, Java, or JavaScript
  • Proven experience integrating AI tools into QA workflows, with tangible improvements in efficiency and effectiveness
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and their integration with AI-driven QA processes
  • Ability to analyze complex systems and translate that understanding into comprehensive, AI-enhanced test strategies
