What you will be doing

  • Create custom Salesforce triggers, pricing configurations, and reusable components optimized for scalability and efficiency on Trilogy's newly acquired CloudSense platform
  • Develop automation frameworks that reduce manual work, enhance workflow performance, and improve operational efficiency
  • Address and resolve technical challenges, documenting solutions in a structured format suitable for AI systems to autonomously provide future recommendations and resolutions
  • Attend calls with customers to ensure alignment on project tasks, provide updates on progress, and clarify objectives and priorities

What you will NOT be doing

  • Routine CPQ maintenance and basic system administration
  • Delegating technical tasks to a team of developers

Key responsibilities

  • Generate revenue through high-quality consulting engagements that ensure customer success with Trilogy CPQ's solutions

Candidate requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in CPQ consulting, development, or implementation roles
  • Professional experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions
  • Ability to leverage AI for automation and process optimization, including integrating AI solutions via APIs and cloud platforms
  • Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and at least one Relational Database Management Systems (including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle Database, or Microsoft SQL Server)
