AI-First Salesforce Platform Director $200,000USD/year ($100 USD/hour)

Description

The consulting industry is notorious for its reliance on manual tasks when it comes to configuring and customizing Salesforce native apps, leading to high costs, delayed timelines, and frustrated clients. With the vast majority of these processes still manual, companies are struggling to keep up with demand while ensuring quality. As client expectations rise, the need for faster, more efficient project delivery has never been more urgent.

At Trilogy, we’re approaching this challenge head-on by integrating advanced AI and automation solutions directly into the Salesforce ecosystem. This isn't just incremental improvement – it's a revolutionary step toward eliminating manual bottlenecks, improving accuracy, and delivering custom solutions in record time. Imagine leading the development of cutting-edge tools that not only solve current inefficiencies but also redefine what’s possible for our clients. That's where you come in.

This role isn’t your average Salesforce development position. While typical jobs in this space focus on tweaking existing systems, you’ll be on the front lines of innovation. Your mission is to automate up to 75% of manual processes through AI, directly influencing the speed and quality of our projects. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise in Salesforce and a passion for leveraging AI to drive strategic business outcomes.

As a key player in our team, you will bridge the gap between technology and business strategy, ensuring our AI-driven tools are not only effective but transformative. If you're ready to leave a lasting impact on both our organization and the broader industry, this is the role for you. Apply now to lead a new era of Salesforce development.

What you will be doing

  • Develop fully functional, AI-driven automation tools integrated into the Salesforce ecosystem, along with testing reports and user guides
  • Deliver technical proposals, customized client demos, and sales support materials that leverage AI and automation for client needs

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing large teams; leaders in our organization prioritize developing automation and algorithms over hiring more people to get jobs done
  • Delegating; you will get your hands dirty and solve problems yourself
  • Specializing in certain technologies or functions; in this role, you will be expected to learn constantly

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve at least 75% automation of all manual consulting tasks involved in configuring and customizing Salesforce native apps using AI and other technology-driven solutions

Candidate requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce platform architecture and development leadership
  • Professional experience using Apex
  • At least 2 years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Heroku, GCS) and enterprise architecture
  • Professional experience using generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude
  • Professional experience in Java, JavaScript, or Python development
