What you will be doing
- Dive deep into customer business landscapes to extract and crystallize CPQ requirements, transforming business challenges into technical solutions
- Architect and implement sophisticated CPQ configurations that seamlessly blend customer needs with industry best practices
- Pioneer the integration of AI-powered automation tools to revolutionize configuration workflows and accelerate project delivery timelines
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of the complete CPQ configuration lifecycle, from initial customer consultation through requirement analysis to final implementation, ensuring each solution perfectly aligns with customer business objectives and technical specifications
Candidate requirements
- Proven Salesforce expertise validated by Advanced Administrator certification or equivalent 2+ years hands-on technical administration experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in CPQ or similar billing system configuration with minimum 1 year practical experience
- Technical versatility with working knowledge of programming (JavaScript, Python) and web technologies (HTML, CSS)
- Practical experience with modern AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, and an understanding of their business applications
