What you will be doing
- Project Management: Spearhead the end-to-end management of Salesforce/CPQ projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships, serving as the primary contact for project success and spotting business development opportunities.
- Upsell & Business Development: Identify upsell opportunities within current projects, aligning additional services and solutions with customer needs.
- AI-Driven Automation: Utilize AI tools to automate project tracking, reporting, and communication, enhancing efficiency across your project portfolio.
What you will NOT be doing
- Routine manual tracking and reporting, as AI tools will handle these tasks.
- Working in a stagnant environment without opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Focusing solely on project execution without identifying strategic upsell opportunities.
Key responsibilities
Drive the successful completion of complex projects, ensuring they are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline while cultivating strong client relationships and identifying upsell opportunities.
Candidate requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in managing complex projects
- Technical familiarity with Salesforce environments
- Experience using generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, to automate repetitive tasks
