What you will be doing
- Orchestrate full-cycle management of Salesforce/CPQ projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and objectives.
- Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships, serving as the primary contact to ensure project success while uncovering business growth avenues.
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities within ongoing projects by aligning additional services and solutions with client needs.
- Utilize AI tools to streamline project monitoring, reporting, and communication, enhancing efficiency across your project portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of complex projects to ensure adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop strong client relationships, adeptly addressing their requirements and spotting opportunities for additional services or upselling.
Candidate requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing complex projects
- Some technical know-how of Salesforce environments
