Description

Are you a seasoned CPQ specialist with a passion for AI innovation? Many traditional CPQ systems struggle with rigidity and manual inefficiencies. At Trilogy, we see this as a chance to revolutionize CPQ deployment and scalability. Join us to lead this transformation.

We're not just refining; we're reinventing CPQ processes by embedding AI at every stage to craft smarter, more efficient solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to create reusable components, APIs, and automation frameworks that harness AI to minimize defects, boost scalability, and deliver seamless integrations, reshaping our clients' operations.

Your mission will be to tackle complex challenges in real-time, automate inefficiencies, and establish a robust framework that even AI systems can learn from. Crafting low-defect, adaptable, and backward-compatible code is not just desirable; it's essential.

Join a team that combines AI with human expertise to address the toughest CPQ challenges. If you're ready to lead AI-driven transformations, engage strategically with customers, and pioneer automation innovations, we invite you to apply.

  • Design and develop custom Salesforce triggers, pricing configurations, and reusable components optimized for scalability and efficiency on Trilogy's CloudSense platform.
  • Create automation frameworks to eliminate manual tasks, enhance workflow performance, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Resolve technical challenges and document solutions in a way that enables AI systems to autonomously generate future recommendations and solutions.
  • Engage with customers through calls to ensure project alignment, provide updates, and clarify objectives and priorities.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Performing routine CPQ maintenance and basic system administration tasks.
  • Delegating technical responsibilities to a team of developers.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive revenue by delivering high-quality consulting engagements that ensure customer success with Trilogy CPQ solutions.

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in CPQ consulting, development, or implementation roles.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
  • Expertise in using AI for automation and process optimization, including API and cloud platform integration.
  • Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and at least one Relational Database Management System (such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle Database, or Microsoft SQL Server).
