Description

Are you ready to revolutionize the Salesforce consulting industry? We're not just looking for another developer – we're seeking a visionary AI-First Salesforce Platform Director to lead our charge into the future of automated, intelligent solutions.

At Trilogy, we're tackling the industry's biggest challenge head-on: the overwhelming reliance on manual processes in Salesforce configuration and customization. We're not interested in incremental improvements. We're aiming for a seismic shift, and we need you to spearhead this transformation.

As our AI-First Salesforce Platform Director, you'll be at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge AI and automation directly into the Salesforce ecosystem. Your mission? To eliminate up to 75% of manual processes, dramatically improving project delivery speed and quality. This isn't just a job – it's an opportunity to redefine what's possible in Salesforce development and leave an indelible mark on the industry.

What you will be doing

  • Pioneer the development of AI-driven automation tools that seamlessly integrate with Salesforce, complete with comprehensive testing reports and user guides
  • Craft compelling technical proposals and customized client demos that showcase the power of AI and automation in addressing specific client needs
  • Drive sales support by leveraging your technical expertise to demonstrate the transformative potential of our AI-powered solutions

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing large teams – our focus is on leveraging AI and automation, not expanding headcount
  • Delegating tasks – you'll be hands-on, solving complex problems directly
  • Limiting yourself to a narrow set of technologies – this role demands continuous learning and adaptability across various platforms and tools

Key responsibilities

Transform the Salesforce consulting landscape by achieving at least 75% automation of all manual tasks in configuring and customizing Salesforce native apps, leveraging AI and cutting-edge technology-driven solutions.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Salesforce platform architecture and development
  • Proven expertise in Apex development
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Heroku, GCS) and enterprise architecture
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude in a professional context
  • Strong background in Java, JavaScript, or Python development
