What you will be doing

  • Spearhead the development of AI-driven automation tools seamlessly integrated into the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Create comprehensive testing reports and user guides to ensure smooth adoption of new tools
  • Craft compelling technical proposals and customized client demos that showcase our AI and automation capabilities
  • Provide expert sales support, translating complex technical solutions into clear business value for clients

Key responsibilities

Transform the Salesforce consulting landscape by achieving at least 75% automation of manual tasks in configuring and customizing Salesforce native apps, leveraging AI and cutting-edge technology-driven solutions.

Candidate requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in Salesforce platform architecture and development
  • Proven expertise in Apex development
  • 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Heroku, GCS) and enterprise architecture
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude
  • Strong background in Java, JavaScript, or Python development
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions
  • Track record of driving innovation and process improvement in software development
