What you will be doing

What you will NOT be doing

  • Routine Salesforce Administration: Your expertise will be focused on high-level architecture and innovation, not day-to-day Salesforce maintenance.
  • Basic CRM Customizations: We're pushing the boundaries of what's possible with Salesforce, not implementing standard out-of-the-box solutions.
  • Legacy System Management: Your focus will be on cutting-edge AI and cloud technologies, not maintaining outdated systems.
  • Non-Technical Project Management: While you'll lead technical aspects, you won't be bogged down with general project management tasks.

Key responsibilities

As the Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will be the driving force behind our AI-first approach, architecting and delivering end-to-end business solutions that not only meet but exceed performance, security, and scalability standards, ultimately transforming how our clients leverage Salesforce technology.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record with 3+ years of expert-level Salesforce architecture and development experience
  • Mastery of Apex and Salesforce CPQ, with a portfolio of complex implementations
  • Advanced coding skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript, with a focus on Salesforce integrations
  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Heroku) and CI/CD pipeline management using tools like Jenkins or Heroku CI
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for innovative solution development
  • Salesforce certifications, particularly in the areas of architecture and CPQ (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, CPQ Specialist)
