What you will be doing

  • Pioneer AI-Driven Salesforce Solutions: Develop cutting-edge, AI-powered systems to revolutionize Salesforce and CPQ configurations, eliminating manual tasks and boosting efficiency.
  • Optimize CPQ Performance: Engineer and automate CPQ workflows to dramatically improve quoting accuracy and speed, directly impacting our bottom line.
  • Master CI/CD for Salesforce: Implement and refine state-of-the-art automated deployment processes, ensuring seamless and rapid Salesforce updates.
  • Lead Technical Teams: Guide and inspire a team of top-tier developers, driving innovation and maintaining technical excellence across all projects.
  • Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust, future-proof Salesforce-native solutions that can grow and adapt with our rapidly evolving business needs.

Key responsibilities

As the Senior Salesforce Developer, you will spearhead the delivery of end-to-end business solutions that seamlessly integrate AI-driven automation with Salesforce capabilities, ensuring all systems not only meet but exceed our stringent performance, security, and scalability requirements. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver unparalleled value to our clients and maintain our position at the forefront of AI-powered Salesforce solutions.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in Salesforce architecture and development, with a track record of innovative solutions
  • Mastery of Apex and Salesforce CPQ, with the ability to optimize complex configurations
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript, with a keen eye for clean, efficient code
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Heroku) and CI/CD pipeline management using tools such as Jenkins or Heroku CI
  • Demonstrated expertise in leveraging GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for development and problem-solving
