Description

Trilogy is on the hunt for "fixers." If you're a ChatGPT expert who can dive into failing business processes and extract the obstacles keeping them from running smoothly, then we want you.

What you will be doing

  • Utilizing generative AI to automate manual processes organization-wide.
  • Critically evaluating and assessing the effectiveness of various divisions.
  • Developing restructuring plans for specific operational functions like Customer Support, Pricing, and Sales, using the Trilogy playbook.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Engaging in high-level management and delegation, as administrative tasks are automated, allowing you to focus on execution.
  • Overseeing steady-state operations; instead, you'll move on to the next challenge once a division is optimized.
  • Reinventing the startup wheel; you'll be provided with a proven playbook for growth to guide your actions.

Key responsibilities

Execute proven operational and structural frameworks to transform struggling companies, achieving positive margins and high customer retention rates for our portfolio of software company acquisitions.

Candidate requirements

  • Current residency in North, Central, or South America.
  • 5+ years of experience in the enterprise software industry, with a deep understanding of software practices.
  • 5+ years in an operational role.
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role (e.g., Support, Sales, Collections).
  • Experience using generative AI tools for quantifiable productivity improvements.
